Best subway ever, excellent fast service nice and clean. Definitely worth it? Better than next door $10 slice of pizza

This isn't a 1 star rating for the establishment in general. More so the employee I came across. While one employee was... restocking the veggies and the other was making sandwiches, DEBRA was ignoring customers and giving dirty looks. We had saidexcuse me loud and clear to try and ask about our pick up order and she completely ignored us. But when I asked her co worker ina low voice "What's her name?". She wanted to turn around and yell at her co worker that she isn't allowed to give her name out.Ignore the customer till they ask another employee for your name. The way she spoke to her co worker was very unprofessional andlooked like she had been causing a toxic work environment before this even happened. She was literally trying to bully her coworkers, not sure if she is the manager but she was acting as if she was but not a very good one. I honestly hope her co workeris okay and didn't lose her job because people have a problem with accountability. Read more

Never have I been impressed with a chain restaurant. Given the scope of a ?fast food chain? I can?t recall rewarding a chain 5... stars on Google Map ratings. The bar is high, they know and train to standards set by corporate folks. Usually 5 stars heremeans it?s worth traveling 2-3 hours out of your way to see / dine. So here is what the fuss is all about here. 1. Quickservice. The crew on this date processed 14 people in under 12 minutes. Fast. 2. Friendly. They were tired (you can?t facethat very well), but they smiled and greeted everyone the same. That?s class folks. 3. They handled an error very well. Willnot give full details. Nothing affected the end product, but my order went out of the normal sequence. The team recovered andmoved on professionally. Hats off to you and your crew here. You can?t get a better product for the price point at this foodcourt. -Cheers Read more

Walked thru the entire property to get here and was abruptly and shortly snapped at by a male employee, Cash Only. When i... expressed my dismay at the technical problems of this property he directed a profanity laced rant my way. Very scary encounter.Stay away Read more

Very busy location. Standard Subway experienced. Those poor employees look like they lost a bit of their soul at the end of the... lunch rush. Read more

Very bad service the most awful service I have ever experienced!!!!!! After waiting 10 mins in line , I finally put my order in... for a footlong steak and cheese on Italian cheese bread toasted so as the assembly line moves downwards I'm at the point wherethey ask you what do you want on your sub.. with it being rush hour I just said put everything on it. SO the girl behind thecounter put lettuce, spinach, tomatoes on the sandwich turned away to check the next person sandwich ..therefore I'm watching asthe next girl grabs the sandwich puts it on the paper you wrap it up in..NOW HERE'S THE AWFUL PART IM SAYING EXCUSE ME!! MAME THATS NOT FINSHE D HELLO NO ONE IS LISTENING she passes the sandwich to the girl who collects money rings me up. So they gaveme whatever the *&^% LL they wanted if I was a WHITE I would have gotten better service...I asked for manager told him whathappend took my money and service elsewhere...I will be writing corporate . Had to wait for 55 minutes to get food. It was a long line up and VERY slow staff. A small bottled water is $3.35... So a little... cheaper than other places that charge $4 or even $5. Food was as expected but 55 minutes is way too long... But options arelimited at the convention center :-( Read more
