If I could give zero or less I would. Several times I have used the app and this store specifically cannot follow directions... that are literally placed in a Specific List. I have food allergies. 1st time we ordered I bit into a sandwich that had one ofmy big allergies in it. We called and they fixed it and I had to send someone to go get it because I had covid at the time. ThenAgain on another order I have ended up with not only things I CANNOT have but Missing what was paid for. So I called the shop tospeak with a manager and they wanted to argue about it. Why are you arguing? There is a list for each sub. NOT ONE MATCHES THELIST. Wishing I did not have to send someone back again . This is ridiculous. Read more
I come here all the time and service is great, then the one time I walk in there the store manager so worried about up selling... extra product that shes not listening to my simple request and my salad came out horrible .....or she didn't even understandwhat I was saying. I asked about breakfast sandwiches and she says you would see it if your read the menu. But couldn'tunderstand me asking for a salad to be chopped smaller. I gave her a courtesy call to let her know how I felt she says she willnot chop more because she just received an "email" saying not to chop salads.......the longest black straight hair OMG NEVERCOMING BACK! I went here for national sandwich day. I did not know the details for getting a free sandwich with purchase of a sandwich. No... one spoke enough English to tell me. First thing I mention to the lady was, "its buy one get one free, correct?" And she saidyes. So I continue my order but it was not the one for the special. She did not correct me, not did she explain anything to me.I get to check out and that guy did not speak English either! No one could explain to me what the special was. I had to look itup myself. I just walked out. I felt like there was not 1% of customer service. And not one English speaking person to help. Ispeak Spanish and not one Spanish speaker either.
