Why have a sign that says open 24 hours and also have hours open till 10pm but when i arrive at 9pm they tell me its closed... while i see the employee making a sandwich??? This is ridiculous and i hope the owner knows whats going on? Read more
The quality of your visit at Subway will be directly proportional to the kind of teenagers who are working there. You always end... up with a decent sandwich but the overall experience varies over time. Every time we go there it's a completely different groupof kids. Read more
The food was great and the guy that made everything was awesome but the lady working the register has no customer service... skills, she was snippy with an online customer coming in to pickup food which rubbed them the wrong way then up charged mesaying the all American Club was a melt ($1more) because it had bacon? it comes with bacon I told her and showed her online,then she said because it was toasted (I call Bologna!) Worst experience ever. Marcus was very rude he threw my soda cups on counter, threw my cookies there too. I asked so a little... mustard he globbed on ton on over 1/4 of my sandwich. He picked up stuff that fell onto the counter next to the register and putit back on my sandwich. He constantly rolled his eyes and scuffed when I asked for things to put in my sandwich. Or when I hadto ask for my drinks 3 times because he didn't put them in. The tongs he grabbed my cookies with were disgustingly dirty. Thesoda station wasn't stocked up had to ask for lids and when I did Marcus slid the plástic down giving me a stack as for me tostock it. He put no napkins in my bags. And when I asked for a napkin he scuff I needed the napkin to clean the handles on mybags because he got sauces all over them. And his coworker even asked him if he took money from the tip jar right infront of me.When it was my turn in line he just stood there and stared didn't say how can I help you or anything.
