Price has gotten insane. I paid about 12$ for a 6? with no add ons, no drink, no chips nothing. Price was wrong on the menu... itself and I got surprised with the upcharge at the counter. Never eating at Subway again. Read more

Went here at about 6:30 on a Sunday, and there was a sign on the door saying be back in 15 min. 10 minutes later and after a... couple of other people arrived and were waiting, a car pulls up with two people in subway shirts. They had two people there andthey thought it was a good idea for them both to leave at the same time and just close the store. And they didn?t even hurrywhen they saw people waiting. Read more

Staff polite. Sandwiches good. Glass surfaces grimy, tables dirty and floor looks like it?s cleaned with a dirty mop. Constant... loud static music so annoying. No napkins available for diners. Read more

We walked in and had to wait a few minutes and was about to ring the bell just to get somebody up here so we could order. The... restaurant was completely empty, there is only one employee working, apparently a teenager that enjoys sitting on the cell phonein the back hiding instead of taking care of customers. We ordered our food and she didn't listen to anything we asked for, andthen the bread for the sandwiches was rock hard. The meat tasted old, the buffalo chicken had no buffalo sauce on it. The worstpart was the service. The girl acted as if we were bothering her and interrupting her from something more important, likechatting with friends on her cell phone. In this day and age where the pandemic shut everything down and caused so muchfinancial strife, this is a complete waste of our hard-earned money. Read more

Ordered online prior to my lunch break and had to wait 45 mins for them to say wrong location. The map showed the location in... front of the mall, but the order went inside the mall. I asked if I could cancel order and get it at this location the answerwas I don't know. I don't know does not help when someone WENT OVER their lunch waiting for someone to even acknowledge my orderwas at a different location! Meanwhile, one server is catering to a group of people that already had their food and paid. Whilecompletely ignoring me. The other worker was helping other customers, but the cashier (who you are supposed to go directly to topick up) didn't say hello or give me a moment or even be right with you. I get customer service is important, but not if you areignoring one customer to please another. Ridiculous. Contacted the other location to cancel order (at this point I have to goback to work without eating anything) and they were far more friendly and explained how refund works. Either way, I'm neverordering online from, or going to subway again. Read more

we stopped here before turning in our rental car because we wanted to get sandwiches to eat during our layover or while waiting... for our flight out of vegas to leave. as far as the food goes, yea it?s subway it?s good, but the service we got here wasincredible. they cut each foot long into 6in separates for us and wrapped each half separately. then they took both halves andput them in a bag with extra napkins and wrap papers to cover tray tables with for easy cleanup! they went above and beyond forus and we are so grateful! excellent service!!!!
