Ordered before closing & the worker named YAHIR said they were closed and refused to help me out. He gave me the crumpled up... receipt and refused to write anything down or even contact anyone to help out. Said I couldn?t get my money back and there wasnothing he could do. There wasn?t a manager or anything as well. I rechecked what time it closes and it says they close at 9pm.I arrived at 8:15pm and the order came through about 8:05pm. Hello, I'm a former employee who used to work at this location, where I had a very bad experience. There were 3 times this year... that we had found a moth in the spinach and tomatoes. My manager each time had told me to throw out the bugs and serve the fooddespite me being uncomfortable to do so. The food safety practices and treatment of workers are terrible at this location. Iended up having to leave Subway due to the bad work environment because of the unfair treatment from the manager. I would notrecommend this location to anyone. Read more
Food was great but the cashier was rude! She looked at me with disgust, she asked where I wanted my receipt and I said in the... bag so she laughs and tells her coworker, ?ha I asked where she wants her receipt and she said in the bag haha very funny? Ieven heard her talking about other guests as if we weren?t right in front of her. I visited this Subway today; I asked for a very simple generic chopped salad but the girl working there was on her first day and... it didn?t look like anyone had trained her.
