There new menu is a little overwhelming, but its the same formula. What type of bread, Garlic Herbs an Cheese, 9 Grain Wheat,... Artisan Italian"White Bread", Flatbread, or Plain/Tomato Basil Wrap"They don't seem to carry the Spinach wrap at this locationanymore" Protein Bowl/Salad. Then size footlong, or 6 inch , and they also have a 4 inch kids meal Turkey, Ham or Tunaz only onwhite or wheat bread. The kids meal comes with a apple sauce , juice box or milk, and then chips or two cookies. 3rd step choseyour protein unless its a veggie delight to which you get doubke cheese 4 on the 6 onxh ,and 8 on the foot long otherwise its 6inch sandehiches get 2 peices , and footlongs get 4 pieces of cheese "Pepper Jack , Swiss, American, provolone, shredded montary, shredded mozzarella, and for a extra charge you can get Fresh Mozzarella for and extra charge 1.00 for 6 inch 2.00 for thefootlong. If you add avocado to your sandwhich for the same cost 6in/$1.00, 12in/2.00, and double meat cost 3.00 dollars, and Ithink Pepperoni, Salami, Capicola the 3 italian meats cost .75 cents for 3 on the 6inch , and 1.50 for 6 peices end to end.Every other meat is considered the same as double meat so for example adding a scoup of steak on your teriyaki chicken 6inchwill run you $1.50 a scoop , and as a foot long is already two scoops it will run you 3 dollars instead of 1.50 unless you justrequest pne sc999 Read more

I ordered a milkshake and the employee told me that their machine was down for cleaning. I looked over and I saw their Magic... Bullet soaking in water! Really! Hire employees that want to do their jobs which includes making milkshakes, or take THEMILKSHAKES OFF YOUR MENU! SO YOUR EMPLOYEES CAN STOP LYING! Read more
Most awful customer service ever! I ended walking out on our order after a SUPER NASTY clerk lied by first telling me a Subway... "didn't have onions" (was staring right at them when she said this), and then proceeded to tell me I couldn't have any! Theplace felt gross and scuzzy anyways, and I probably saved myself from food poisoning! Read more
If i could give this location Zero Stars I WOULD! I simply asked the lady who was making my sandwhich to toast bread first, then... toast it again after meat and cheese was put on. Basically i aaked them to toast it twice and the lady said " Sorry cant dothat!" Then continued to slam my bread and meat down on the table with attitude. I still ate the sandwich, asked her for hername and refused then called my girlfriend stupid because she asked for the manager??? very unprofessional and disqustingattitudes. Read more
This Subway inside the 4 Queens is my favorite spot for some late night food in DTLV. The graveyard shift crew is always quick,... friendly and helpful and the sandwiches always come out tasting amazing! Read more
This was my worst Subway experience ever. I get that it clearly is a franchise, the fact that they sell hot dogs and pizza... should have tipped me off. The staff was very rude and had no training or just didn?t care. I always get the Turkey sandwichmade into a salad. The lady told me they do not make salads over and over even though it was clearly listed on the menu rightabove her head. It?s just a sandwich without the bread but she just kept arguing they don?t make salads. So I went with asandwich but they were out of most of the breads. They threw my sandwich together sloppily with an attitude then over chargedme because it?s in a casino. While I was eating several other customers came but the two employees hid in the back the wholetime and they all eventually left without ordering.
