Rude rude rude. Immediately the woman looked irritated that we were there to order. Then she proceeds to speak in spanish like... we are a problem for her. As we get to the veggie part I ask for more pickles she says RUDELY that's $1 more. I've never beencharged or charged a customer for extra veggies. Extra meat, absolutely. Watch out they steal money here. She charged me for things I didn't order asked for 2x extra cheese it was $4 ...... Two... sandwiches one being the cheapest they sell ..$35 ???? I asked for a reciept and there clear as day it was overcharged bait andswitch money theft. Eat elsewhere. Read more
I ordered the footlong steak & cheese at this location. The menu posted a price of $10.09. When I check out to pay it was around... $12.50+ and then tax, so $13.54 total for a footlong. So the price was run up on me by like 20%. They did not honor the price onthe menu, so it was a bait and switch. My advice would be to post your actual prices on the menu and let the people decidewhether it's worth it before surprises at checkout. The employees were nice, but had a look of shock when I pointed this out.The professional thing to do would have been to honor the price on the menu. Read more

Went to get sandwiches with bro, guy working there never changed gloves after touching money and preparing Muriel orders, asked... him to change gloves before preparing he said he ran out of gloves, this is not an excuse durning COVID, subway should have shutdown as soon as he ran out of gloves. Had pleasure of meeting the store manager tonight. For a manager he was the rudest person I have ever met. He of course told... not to worry about it when I asked him his name. When I asked Tom speak to a manager he informed me he was. As a guest of thehotel I will gladly take my business elsewhere. I see why every other place is busy. Don't eat here!
