Would give Zero(0) Stars if I could no service from the moment we walked in. Did not want to give them our money we left. There... was no recognition no communication it's like we wasn't even there completely ridiculous even for a SUBWAY!!! Read more

This employee didn?t want to do her job! I?m an Uber eats driver. She accepted the Uber eats order, she told me she didn?t... receive it. So I called Uber Eats to confirm. The agent said the store already accepted it and called her to try to convince herto make the order. She cancelled it because she didn?t want to prepare it. I was standing in the lobby as she did this. Shecould have atleast told me she cancelled the order, but instead she started working on another customers order while I wasstanding there and then I saw that the order was cancelled on my phone. If the manager is reading this you might want to reviewher work ethic because it?s very deplorable. If you don?t want to work why come to the job. Read more

It is necessary that they improve the attitude that this staff has in treating the Clients, it is obvious that the Client is not... always right, but they should have a little kindness when it comes to attending, there is a Boy who does everything snatched andhe is miserable in serving and a girl keeps such an angry face that she doesn't have the kindness that is required to serve in apublic place, if they don't like their job they give other people the opportunity. A cashier just got upset, because I ordered 5 sandwiches. I told her to improve her customer service and she said I could just... buy somewhere else. How do you say that to a customer? Then she said that I had a disease (There's no way for her to know theissues that are private between me and my doctor) and she said it to and elderly coworker, too. I felt discriminated. Also, ifyou check the cameras vs the order number, I was charged for pizzas rather than sandwiches? WHY, BECAUSE THEY'RE SHORT ON STUFFAND CHARGING WRONG STUFF TO CUSTOMERS to be goo on inventory. I?ve had nothing but bad experiences with this location. Just a few examples I ordered via the app and got there and found out... the store was closed. I didn?t even get a refund or anything and I had to call my credit card to get it refunded. This locationalways forgets something on the sandwich when ordering via the subway app. It?s always something here I only come because it?snearby but I?ll make the extra drive for a better location from now on.
