Horrible customer service the girl Shaniqua told me I could get my order that I had ordered online at another store but it was... closed so she said I can come to their store and get the same order we paid for and she said yes and then we we got their herand the manager Paula said I couldn?t get anything we would have to wait and made us waste gas. Really bad customer service nomoney back or food. Wish I could give it 0 stars doesn?t deserve 1 star. Never will go back. Read more

Bare and seems clean, that's why they get a two star. Apparently they only had one employee working during lunch doing online... and drive-thru and walk in orders. She did not acknowledge customers coming in or waiting in line for 10 to 15 minutes. Wefinally get to order our sandwich and we can't customize it. I thought that was the whole point of making a sandwich at Subwayyou get it the way you want it. ???? This location may be close to our house but because of the long extended times we usuallygo elsewhere. We thought we would give them another try, VERDICT we will go to another Subway, where they fix my sandwiches allthe time the way I want. Read more

This Subway on Boulder Highway and Desert Inn has a drive thru that no one answers. You?ll be sitting there waiting for someone... to respond and you?ll find yourself yelling hello at their menu board and all you?ll hear is silence. Then you have to pullaround to the front, go inside and ask them does the drive thru work, in which they?ll reply, ?it?s broken? or ?the registerdoesn?t work.? Why have a drive thru? I?ve been here a dozen times so I don?t have to get out of my car and do a quick trip.They have answered twice out of a dozen times but it?s a joke! Read more

I was given three end pieces of the jalapeno with the stub, is it too hard to throw away the end pieces? What is it with you... youngsters doing these kind of things to customers? 1 star is generous. Definetly the worst service I've ever come across. I was only one in line at drive through. Took over 10... minutes to take my order. Kept asking me questions and forgetting what I ordered so we'd have to start over. Kept telling me tohold on a minute and would be gone for extended periods of time. Finally get through that and move to pick up window. Again along wait and questions about what I ordered ... size of bread, what kind of bread I wanted, etc., AGAIN. even thought I ordereda bowl at one point. I ordered a 6in turkey and avocado on standard wheat bun with no peppers or onions of any kind. Seemedpretty clear and simple to me. Finally got my sandwich and went home ... The order was wrong ... No guacamole and filled withpeppers. I'll never go back there ... I've never had a wrong order and such bad service at a Subway. Some company person shouldaudit this one (Sahara and Boulder, Las Vegas NV). Kept me waiting over 30 minutes. Never again! Read more
