It's 7:45pm sign on the door and the internet says they are open. Worker inside looks at me and my daughter but won't come to... the door and turns her back on us. Door is locked. At least lip sync that you're closed and not just finished taking a dump.Wasted 10 minutes waiting for her to open back up. Read more
I went at Subway Hualapai yesterday (May 1) , around 8:10am, employee said have to wait 10 minutes as they just opened. I said... ok . My two orders of footling weren?t warmed as she said the ovens are not ready yet. I let this passed. However today May 2, Icame back, about 8:05am, same employee from yesterday said, i have to wait for 30 minutes , I asked why, she said the cashregister is not ready and her co-worker was late :( .. so I left :(. The store opens at 8am. So just a warning for early risers- to be sure you will be served at this store come between 8:30am-9am. Read more
I came in on 4/23 at 10:30 pm. The worker there was maliciously slow and clearly trying to do the bare minimum. Ten minutes in,... the person at the front of the line complained he had been waiting for twenty minutes without being served. The worker shruggedit off and said mobile orders take priority and continued to move at a snail's pace. That person ended up leaving and 10 minuteslater I also walked out of a food establishment for the first time and was able to place an order at the Roberto's next door,eat my food, and head out just in time to see him finish serving the second person in line by 11:10pm. 40 minutes to finishmaking 3 sandwiches is a bit suboptimal. Zero stars! spent $43 on the worst meal I've ever had. I ordered off of Postmates for pick up. I had multiple orders for my... family, and there was something wrong with every order, and I paid for extra items I did not get. By far the worst sandwich I'veever had. Outside of everything else, the food quality is disgusting, the vegetables and guacamole were old and brown. We endedup throwing away all of the food because everything was just nasty. In addition the workers marked the order complete beforethey were actually done. I won't go to any subway ever again. The location I went to was hualapai & Desert inn. Horrible service! They are always out of multiple items. We ordered a sub 3 hours before closing and the employees already had... everything cleaned up and put away. It took 30 mins to make the sandwiches because she had to keep going to the back to getlettuce, mitten for oven, ranch. Not to mention the employees move every slow. We are glad to have found the Sahara and FortApache location because they are quick, friendly, and have all the items to make the sandwiches how we like them. Read more
