I don't know what's happening with this particular Subway, but I've tried calling, the phone rings several times, and finally... the phone disconnects. Also, on several occasions I went directly to the restaurant and it was closed, even with the "Opened"light on. In the past, the experience was good but something has definitely changed. Read more

Got harassed and kicked out of the store for my gf bringing in her trained service dog who was fully behaved and under her... control. They started asking totally inappropriate and illegal questions regarding my disability. The owner got on the phone andstarted screaming at us and told her employees to call the police and arrest us! (As if that?s even possible). Would neverrecommend this horrible place and I filed complaints with subway corporate and the ADA. Read more

Employee Jen was very rude when getting my order wrong. I repeated myself several times and when she has to remake the sandwich... she got an attitude with everyone. Unacceptable! Read more

Worse meatballs I have ever had they tasted like canned dog food. I am only giving them 2 stars because my daughter said her sub... was alright. My husband ordered the new pastrami sub it had hardly any meat and was flavorless. We won?t use eat at this subwayagain. :( Read more

Ordered online. Went to store to pickup 11 minutes after order was supposed to be ready. Three people in line, employee said she... would help me, then put on plastic gloves and literally walked away from me. I asked the other employee if my order was ready,to which she replied, "I just got here". Then there were 9 people in line, and was told to wait for them and then they wouldmake my subs. They refused to refund my money. So now I have two sandwiches paid for, but no sandwiches. Nope, not going back tothat place. Read more

Honestly one of the worst experiences I've had. One of their employees didn't even wash their hands after handling cash with... another customer and touched my bread. As I was in the booth in the corner of the store, a cockroach ran across the room. Thefloors looked like someone just crumpled a piece of bread with straw wrappers and napkins on the ground. Evertime I come here there is only one staff member. Which makes the wait longer. Also it seems like no matter what sandwich I... order, they won't have enough meat for it. Sometimes they will go and get more meat, and sometimes they will tell you they'reout, and one time the girl went ahead and made my sandwich with about half the tuna it should have had. Also, most subways havethe large glass door covering the food. So once they raise it, all the toppings are accessible to them. This one doesn't. Eachtopping has its own lid so if you want everything on your sandwich they have to open each one. All of this makes the sandwichstake longer to make. They desperately need to update the counter and have two workers during lunch and dinner rush. I loveSubway, but I hate this one. Read more

The worst service ever. They made the sandwich wrong. Not only that, asked, very nicely, if they can do it correctly or give... back the money. They refused to do either of those and called the cops. He was saying that he can't do either of those, but onlycan do a 6in. When it was a full 12in sandwich and cost 10$. First, why argue? We're customers and not only that, customers, whomakes your pay check. Make a customer happy, they keep coming back. They rather lose a customer over 10$ wow. Just wow. We'recustomers, we PAY for what we order, not what you decide to make. You make a mistake, fix it. Don't argue, especially callingthe cops over something so small. Oh, they also banned us.
