I been to many Subways and have had some bad experience with the veggies being colder than normal or frozen if you would say and... that is a huge let down because who wants to have frozen veggies on there sandwich! Yuck!!! However this Subway is on top ofthere game. I can?t speak for the night crew but the ones that work during lunch time are absolutely nice, fast and have ittogether! Stephanie is fantastic. Her warm demeanor and enthusiastic service make every trip to this subway great. She is the absolute... gold standard for customer service. You just don't see welcoming kindness like hers enough. The drink fountain needs a tune-upbut I'm sure they'll fix it soon.The food is good and the service might make your day. I came here for the first time today and the woman who prepared mine and my husband's foods was phenomenal l. I cannot remember... her name for the life of me and the receipt doesn't have her name, it just says we were served by '1' Anyways- she was amazingfrom the moment we walked in. She immediately greeted us, let us know what she was doing, and when she'd be able to help us. Shewas SO patient even though quite honestly, I was slow on my feet &didn't know what I wanted to order. She was just so lovelyand honestly made the experience amazing! My husband had been to this location before with our kids and said she's ALWAYSdelightful and that she helped our kiddos 'build' their sandwiches. She was super patient with them. I hope to come back soonjust to be able to interact with her again because she is just such a ray of sunshine! Read more
