I went to get a sandwich on 11/4/2022 at approximately 4am. The kid working unlocked the door. There was absolutely nobody in... there at that time, and the kid acted like I was an absolute inconvenience that he actually had to do something. I ordered a #2sandwich on the menu, and the kid acted like I was asking for too much. He then told me that I couldn't differentiate from whatthe menu said, meaning it ONLY came with chipotle sauce and i could not order any other sauces. He stated that it only came witha certain sauce, and when I asked him again if I could get a different sauce, he said, "No." I walked out shortly after hisanswer and me inconvencning him of having to actually work. I went in and two workers were standing right in front of me without even acknowledging me and going about their conversation... until another employee came after 5mins of me standing there to take care of me. Both of the girls customer service LACKED basicdecency. Read more
As a food delivery person, I am there very often, but you late night guy ALEX has got to go. Tonight I walked in to find him... sitting in his chair facing away from the door had to say excuse me 4x before he got up to proceed to tell me there was no roastbeef for the order. I asked again which I do everytike if I can call the customer and see if they will take something else, asalways he says nope that I need to cancel the order. That is not good because not only does the store lose the money for theorder. The customer doesn't get there food. He is lazy, impossible and in helpful. He has gotten other complaints as wellbecause I've heard others talking about him when I am in there. Come on wake up and do something about him thanks. Read more
First of all the reason I went there was because I got some coupons in the mail the day before. It was approximately 4:30 when I... got there and there was one person in front of me in line they ordered seven sandwiches. There were two workers in there andneither one were all that much in a hurry to do anything . It took 25 minutes for the time I ordered to the time I went to checkout and when I checked out to try and use my coupons they told me that they didn't honor them there and they were Subway couponsI was not very happy I would not recommend that place not because of the coupons but because of the workers themselves. Ordered through postmates and did not get even 1 correct item. Ordered a GRAPE Gatorade and instead of contacting to know if... that was okay they just threw in a different one I also ordered a 6in DOUBLE MEAT ham which should have had 12 slices of ham butinstead they only gave me 4 ham and 4 turkey. Also asked for bacon on this sandwich and I got cold uncooked bacon that wasfrezzing cold. Called to complain about the issue and was told that I was wrong and that the bacon was cooked like no Iliterally work for subway and I know what somethi f wrong looks like.
