I was just there and when I got to the park( my boyfriend and I were going to have a picnic) I discovered my sandwich was... missing 3 items mayo, mustard and peppers. I tried to eat it but a dry sandwich is just well, dry! I called and drove back tothe store about a 10 minute drive(20 minute round trip?) Whoever helped me had been sitting down and rolled her eyes when shehad to get me my condiments. She was rude the whole time, which irritated me especially since I'm the one who had to wait 30minutes to finally eat (I was starving!) She didn't apologize for my inconvenience or anything so I asked if I could get a bagchips for my inconvenience, explaining about driving 20 minutes etc. I had originally ordered a meal but chose cookies insteadof chips. She said No! I stood there for a second and then she said the manager isn't here but ' no you can't" the chips weren'ta big deal but since she was rude to me to start I felt the least they could do for my inconvenience was offer me something. Thegirl that originally finished my ordered had been nice and polite and if I had only dealt with her I wouldn't be so upset. Butthis other lady had been rude the second I walked in and being in retail most of my life I felt I should have been offeredsomething or at least been treated with respect. My boyfriend didn't want to go there anyways I guess from now on it'scapperallis. The place I work is having a party and I had planned on ordering from this subway but obviously I won't be givingthem my business or my bar's business and Im taking their menus out of our bar as soon as I get there. I took my sone there because he wanted a sandwich and I was waiting in the car it passed like 5 minutes so I went inside to... check and I went to my son and when the lady saw me she started taking my son order and 10 minutes pass by and my son coms tothe car and I ask him wats wrong and he says that before I entered she wasn?t taking his order until I entered and as soon as Ileft she stopped taking his order so he decided to leave after a while then I went inside to ask her what?s wrong and she gotmad at me saying she was gonna call the cops so I ended up just leaving.The lady works there late and she was very rude. Well with this location expect good and indifferent. I've had good experiences and bad experiences. First off I've been there... when I've had where the employee not speak or understand English. She didn't understand that I on the foot long I wanted halfwith one veggie and the other half with something else. Other times I've had a good experience. So it's hit or miss. The lady that works after midnight at that place that Hispanic lady she's extremely rude I waited 20 minutes ringing the bell... outside of the door and she never let me in finally when I went in waited another 10 minutes left, next day I showed again, she started hassling me saying I need to close the door I said I know that but I have to come inside before I can close the door Ican't close the door on the outside she has no sense of customer service skill very unprofessional rude demeanor and sheovercharged me for a 6-in combo I normally pay around 7.50 she charged me almost 10.00, then I had to tell her 4 times what typeoff bread I want it's almost like she never heard off it, and it's on the menue if a member of management team is reading thisyou guys need to do something Read more
This is a review from a cater delivery driver. I drove 25 minutes to pickup a $400 order for the charter school down the street.... The workers were all sitting down eating food together, one lady checks for the order and says they don't have it and sends meaway. I call the customer just to be sure and she has her receipt and called the store for me. Long story short they put me45mins behind and I lose all my remaining deliveries for the day. Read more
I walk in to the store and it is empty, immediately when I greet the employees they tell me their system is down and they could... not take payment. My husband confirms this by asking if they are able to take card or cash and they tell me the only way to payis to order online and wait. I obliged and ordered online for me and my family, we are the only people in the store until othercustomers begin to show up checking on their online orders. 15 mins passed and Our sandwiches had not even begun to be made. Ithink nothing of it until a man walks in orders and pays like normal. The employees stop making our sandwiches to make the mansorder and by then another 15 minutes have passed. I stoop up and asked for an explanation, as they had told me and othercustomers they could not take any form of payment. Her response was ?it was only one? in a nonchalant manner. I have been morethan patient and this seems outrageous to me. she says her manager orders them to tell customers they cant accept payment inorder to avoid getting busy. That is unacceptable. Friendly bilingual employee. Everything was stocked up and cleaned up. Bread was also fresh, and she had more fresh bread... baking. Fresh add on toppings. Bathrooms were also clean. Flavor of the soup was delicious, not watered down. Read more
