Ordered delivery and the food arrived over an hour later and cold. I called the store and left a voicemail but no one ever got... back to me. I contacted Doordash and Subway online and both redirected me to the store for a solution. All I did was ask to get the same sandwich as the 1 that was just made sitting on the counter and got told and yelled at by both... employees arguing about a sandwich THAT WAS SITTING RIGHT THERE I had to walk away to get them to stop arguing BADEMPLOYEES!!!!! Read more
I ordered online at 9:55 AM and it?s 11:12 AM. I asked for it to be delivered to me I always give tips but no one picked up my... order. I contacted customer service and no one answered my emails ???? Also my card was charged so I called the restaurant manytimes to get refund and absolutely no one answered. I'm trying to get a refund because I think is the only way I can get mymoney back but no one answers. The phone rings for long minutes and I don?t get a response. If I was their boss. I?d fire graveyard and find new people to work. It is 12:24 am on a Tuesday feb. 15th. I ordered 3 subs and... all were absolutely garbage. If you are going to have a job, take it seriously. If you hate your job than you should probablytry to find another job so someone else can take your position that will actually take it seriously. Im going to go ahead and give it 5 stars.even though I had one experience that kinda rubbed me the wrong way. But it was more... personal..This place is clean, fast, and it's extremely rare when you'll see the fresh ingredients look no so fresh.
