Ordered delivery and the food arrived over an hour later and cold. I called the store and left a voicemail but no one ever got... back to me. I contacted Doordash and Subway online and both redirected me to the store for a solution. I ordered online at 9:55 AM and it?s 11:12 AM. I asked for it to be delivered to me I always give tips but no one picked up my... order. I contacted customer service and no one answered my emails ???? Also my card was charged so I called the restaurant manytimes to get refund and absolutely no one answered. I'm trying to get a refund because I think is the only way I can get mymoney back but no one answers. The phone rings for long minutes and I don?t get a response.
