I order online for store pickup, online there was no option for next day pick up. I order 3 foot longs for same day pickup at... 8:10 august 26,2021 and when I received an email it mentioned that my pickup was for Friday august 27,2021 and I reinstateonline there was only the option for today pickup which is what I wanted and somehow the email receipt mentioned a differentdate. I went to the store located in 4955 e Craig rd suite 1 Las Vegas nv 89115 which were they no help but still did nothing tocorrect this mistake. Read more
Don't order from this subway from any delivery services. It not only happened once but twice. I ordered ahead of time to ensure... that I would receive my order on time. But they delayed the order by hour. Then only after cancelling the order I find out thatthe was empty just some employee standing there. They need to get things straightened out before they lose more customers. Read more
Ordered a Turkey Bacon Avocado sandwich and what I got delivered was a sandwich with no Avocado. There was no bacon as well. I... was given a sandwich with pretty much lettuce and tomatoes with a dice of meat. Whoever made this sandwich that was ordered ondoor dash on March 25th, 2021 should be retrained on how to make subway sandwiches. This happens just about every time I'I orderfrom this subway. Receipt says I was served by Ulises. Did an excellent job with making the sandwich neat but still moved the order along really... fast. I got a footlong sub to share and I didn?t notice till arriving home that he made note to wrap the two halves individuallyand I didn?t even ask. Polite and excellent customer service. Amazing job!
