Been here at different times and no matter what shift it is, all are good, all are hard working and are pleasant.
This is the worst Subway in the country. Tonight I ordered on the mobile app. I got a confirmation of my order and a pickup... time. My credit card was also charged. When I got there the one employee said he didn't have my order. I showed him my order. Ishowed him my credit card and that the charge had already posted to my account. I suggested he just make my order. He said no. Iasked for a managers phone number he said no. I asked him to reverse the credit card charge. He said no. DO NOT GO TO THISSUBWAY! Read more

Rudest subway customer service I?ve ever received. During COVID-19 they pack people in restaurant trying to have me yell my... order over 5 other people which I currently cannot yell. This is the 2nd time I've gone to a Subway and they barely put any toppings on my sandwich. The employees act like the money for... the condiments is coming out of their pockets. The sandwhich was nasty and the condiments were practically microscopic. Therewas no care put into the making of the sandwich. I don't know if it's become company policy since this pandemic started to skimpthe patrons but it's not cool. If I'm paying $9 for a sandwich there should be plenty on it!!! Im done with Subway. I used to frequent the Subway inside the Palace Station. Since the new renovations, it is no longer inside Palace Station. ... Luckily for me, there is another Subway location that's also walking distance from my home. My usual go to sandwiches are thesweet onion chicken teriyaki, meatball, and the spicy Italian. The place inside was very clean and the two employees were verywelcoming. I definitely will be back. Read more
Subway has been excellent for March I always get for Sunday dinner and a movie
