Denied me tap water. Then questioned, talked back to me when I asked for extra veggies. It is policy that Veggie sandwiches can... get extra veggies for free and the employee should not complain or make negative comments. Then they claim that there bathroomis out of service so they don't have to clean it. Claiming the whole store is going under renovations, when literally none weregoing on. I overheard the manager on duty talking negative about customers with employees. Very sad to see the store under poormanagement. I ordered the #3 heated 25 second is not long enough sandwich was cold and tasted nasty! For $15.00 the sub sucked 3 strikes... you're out! You need to hire someone that no what they are doing!they want to make 15 hr they should no there job! Read more

Worst subway ever. I've always had bad experiences but we were right next door and wanted to get home and out of the heat so we... tried it one more time. At first glance when the sandwich was closed I thought they forgot to put the meat on it! Employees arealways rude and normally get our order wrong. the cashier sighed when I asked for extra napkins since one sandwich was messy.She had to talk to her coworker in Spanish then ring up another customer before she moved her hand 6 inches to give me 2napkins. Just because I look Hispanic doesn't mean i know Spanish or understand. I'm native American! My son is half white so excuse you... and have more respect for the regular customers we are and be professional and listen to what is ordered not rush it! I feel sosteroid type and discriminated against. Elisa worst service ever! Elisa next time pay attention and be more respectful andprofessional and don't assume! I ordered a veggie delight with no cheese and had to practically beg her for extra veggies, even after agreeing to pay extra.... Jeezus, you would've thought I was taking food off her plate or something! Won't be going back to this location. Read more

I went during lunch today to pick up subs for two coworkers and I. Two subs were made incorrectly, so I had to leave work again... to return to the restaurant to ask them to remake the subs. I took the incorrectly-prepared subs with me knowing they had to bethrown out and to prove that we weren?t trying to get anything for free. The employee, Marliseth, was rude and claimed that Imust have ordered the incorrect subs. I asked her if she could remake them or refund me my money and ring me up for the correctsubs, she refused. I?m not a combative person, and I hate conflict, so I did not want to argue with Marliseth. So, I just had toorder two new subs and pay, again, so that they could correct my order. The incorrect subs were not eaten, they were thrown out.It?s not about the money; I could care less about the cost.
