Denied me tap water. Then questioned, talked back to me when I asked for extra veggies. It is policy that Veggie sandwiches can... get extra veggies for free and the employee should not complain or make negative comments. Then they claim that there bathroomis out of service so they don't have to clean it. Claiming the whole store is going under renovations, when literally none weregoing on. I overheard the manager on duty talking negative about customers with employees. Very sad to see the store under poormanagement. Worst subway ever. I've always had bad experiences but we were right next door and wanted to get home and out of the heat so we... tried it one more time. At first glance when the sandwich was closed I thought they forgot to put the meat on it! Employees arealways rude and normally get our order wrong. the cashier sighed when I asked for extra napkins since one sandwich was messy.She had to talk to her coworker in Spanish then ring up another customer before she moved her hand 6 inches to give me 2napkins.
