If I could give zero stars I would. I stood there and waited for over 5 minutes when I could hear people talking in the back.... My husband and I stopped by and were not greeted. It was not busy, no one in front of us. Apparently the worker Anthony is new,... took him about 5 minutes to put his gloves on. Not friendly at all. I ordered a turkey sandwich and he put 3 little pieces on itand I said they usually put than that on so reluctantly he put a few more slices. Also, the bread was stale and not fresh.Another young employee came to help and was not friendly either. We came the other day and had great service and the employeewas very friendly. I have gone two times to this particular location and the first time they weren't open at normal hours and the second time the... didn't listen very well to my order and mess it up. I ordered through the app at 11.20pm, then went to collect my order at 11.45pm, after receiving an alert through the app that my... order was ready. Nobody was there. They're supposed to be open until midnight. So far, I've not received a refund from Subwaycorporate, or the store in question. I get that they have staff shortages, but they shouldn't accept online orders when nobodyis there. Read more
I just picked up a sandwich here for lunch via their online ordering option. I loved that I was able to order online and pick... it up. I work down the street and my car was in the shop today, so I got in some steps too! Unfortunately, this location onlyhas one employee working during the lunch rush. This employee was a total champ! She apologized to me because she didn't have mysandwich ready due to handling all of the customers during the lunch rush. She had mine ready in under 2 mins, and she offeredme a complimentary cookie for not having it ready on-time. Her customer service was excellent, and I will definitely comeback! Worst experience ever. Drive through was closed, went inside. Employees didn?t have a mask; they were sitting 3 ft from the food... refrigerator. Girl asked me for mask, I didn?t have with me and I went back to the car to check. Couldn?t find it? I went backand she refused to make me sandwich without mask. I was the only person in line told to wait 10 minutes later im told they have no bread. Thwy literally had no bread, how do run... out of bread. Waisted my time they new they couldn't serve me and sad nothing just left me standing there. Read more
