I have been a regular customer for a year. They closed and I waited patiently. The new manager BEV,,IS rude. Would not recognize... percent discount for seniors. Every other establishment does. She was extremely RUDE!!! AND I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS TO ANOTHERESTABLISHMENT in the Smith's shopping center and leave snooty BEV, ,AND THE OWNER STEPHANIE. Read more
Owners or management.. whatever their title is both are RUDE! I will NEVER go this Subway again long as they are there. Rather... drive the few miles away to another location or inside Mt. View hospital than Craig and Tenaya. Ridiculous and unfortunatebecause I live directly across the street. Read more
Man working there was very rude to the customer before me and also to myself !!! No people skills !!! Could not understand me... with my mask on so I pulled it away not down so they could understand my order he told me to not do that very rudely !! I didn't have a mask. asked for one they said no. I am vaccinated and their response was well these people might not be mind you... all them were wearing masks. Too bad cuz I enjoyed buying lunch there pretty much every other day not anymore for Subwayeither Read more
I ordered a sandwich for delivery.. they took my payment. After an hour of placing the order I still haven't received it.. tried... calling them several times but their phone doesn't work.. i never received a call or email from them..so I've pretty much beenrobbed. I had problems getting the app to execute my order this morning. Tried calling, no answer. I was shopping at the Albertsons next... door & wanted to just pickup a couple of flatbread footlongs. Went over to just order them but the owner was so rude to me thatI just walked out. We are a family of 5 who will never patronize this subway again. This is not the first time my family membersh/or I have been treated like this by this surely old man. He's a misanthrope. One on the best Subway's in Vegas, in my opinion. They always have the best customer service, very courteous and receptive. The... quality is consistently good, never had an issue of bad meat or anything of the sort. Rare to see a subway this consistentlygood, but these folks nailed it. Read more
The old owners were much better. I drive out my way to the other subway. This place isn't terrible but the workers don't know... how to properly make a sandwich AT ALL. If you want it done right u gotta to the one on Rainbow and Cheyenne. Read more
