The service was amazing Jennifer was great and lovely. Had the Cucumber martini, instant bacon, fried rice, wagyu rib cap, and... the 24K gold dark chocolate sundae. I will warn you though the rice might be a bit much is more for sharing. I am 5'6 and 76kgand I struggled to eat half of it. Other than that loved that I didn't have to dress up for the place helps with deciding whatto pack when I visit Vegas. the decor was nice and seeing the meat in the fridges is a nice touch. Wow! This place has a small menu, but we think it?s because they focus on making sure the items they make are done... properly. You start off with the cute basket of fries (be careful, I ate too many and full from my entire quickly) that have 3types of options to dip them in. I have an allergy, so I can only eat certain chicken and I was so happy to see the chickenthey use is organic. It was DELICIOUS! Lobster mashed potatoes actually tasted like lobster. We wished they were a tad budcreamier, but the flavor was there. My husband loves a good steak and said this was cooked perfectly. Read more

Let me start by saying I'm glad I didn't have to pay the bill. Now let me be clear I am not a fan of steak. I did not have any... steak. I had mac & cheese and a wedge salad. With that being said, there was 10 of us in our party. Three of them ordered the F-1 filet and were told they were out. $170 steak on your menu, and your out? That sure doesn't sound right. Let's continue; Ireceived my ice tea a half hour after everyone else received their drinks. The service was so slow we were there for over threehours. I get you want to have an experience, but this was too much. The place is so loud, like crazy loud, like louder than acheesecake factory. My wedge salad was unimpressive. There was hardly any blue cheese, egg, onion, and dressing on it. $19.00For iceberg lettuce. I get a better wedge salad at BJ's. Since they were out of what my husband wanted, he decided on the7-ounce U.S. Filet. It was the smallest piece of steak I ever saw. And considerably smaller than the rest of the filets. The macand cheese was really good but it comes out without the cheese on top melted. Very strange. Although every seemed happy and wehad a great time, a $2,000 plus bill is extreme. I've now been here three times and am still unimpressed. But hey, I'm not asteak girl. Oh well, thanks Canidae, for the meal. Read more

Dry aged steaks in many different cuts are available at this steak house. The sides are awesome as well. The Mac-n-Cheese is... loaded with truffle oil, so get that! Trust me. The steaks were mouth watering. I don't think there is anything bad on themenu. Read more

Absolutely incredible food. The oysters were the best, a little pricey but that was to be expected. Definitely the place to go... for a special occasion. The service was really good as well and the sides are definitely big enough to share. No complaints Read more

Great service. Delicious food that came with wonderful presentation. I ordered the cowboy ribeye and it was cooked to... perfection. I have no complaints and only compliments for the dining experience receivednat Stripsteak. The truffle friesappetizers are a nice touch, didn't have to ask for them, they come automatically while you're waiting for your meal. Kind oflike their version of bread when you get seated. There are a lot of food choices in Mandalay Bay and this is a great one. Read more

Great service and portions. Ambience and style was fashionable and appropriate for menu (but for music - see below). The Thai... beef lettuce cups and lobster mash potato sides were favorites. Filet mignon was enhanced with a recommended peppercorn crustand good. The lobster main dish on udon noodles was beautifully presented, but the lobster was a bit overbooked. Also, the hiphop pop music could be mixed with Sinatra or Miles Davis or some jazz in respect to look and feel of the establishment. Theyalso surprised us with a wedding anniversary treat. Recommend! Wonderful experience! The atmosphere was a modern take on the classic steakhouse look. The service was very excellent. They... were at the ready with great recommendations and tips about themenu. Very prompt service as well, barely a moment goes bywithout a fresh drink in your hand. The food was exactly what you expect, outstanding! The Wagyu NY Strip was phenomenal with adelicious red wine shallot butter sauce that was neither too heavy on the wine or the salt but just enough to compliment theclassic strip steak flavor. Tip for the steak: order a shade more well done than you like to get what you would expect, they erron the less well done side of things here. Read more
