Honestly this Starbucks is nice look wise but the employees here are terrible. I come here every single day see the same faces... everyday. And every single day this week they?ve messed my order up. I?m very specific with what I want I request carameldrizzle, extra pumps of sweetener, whip cream, and cinnamon. They NEVER GET IT RIGHT. It?s so annoying to have to hand over mydrink that?s literally 75% ice because they fill the cup up with way too much ice just for them to get it wrong. Why even askfor my order if you all are obviously not listening??? I spend $20 a day here and they never ever just do their job! Do betterbecause this location is horrible! I?m a regular in the mornings before work. I love the atmosphere very friendly and kind employee would recommend going to this... Starbucks over any of them. Love this place so much I drive across town on my days off just for the good customer service. Theseworkers deserve a raise they work hard and store is always clean and food and drinks are always made correctly. Read more
