Visiting from Belgium. Starbucks in the smiths. Super slow service and almost got a free 75.00 gift card. Found out the guy was... new and luckily his colleague was able to fix the free gift card. We didn?t want the guy to be fired. The order was madecorrectly which is good. Read more

At most Starbucks I?ve been to they don?t scan my code like 10+ times in a row. The lady at the window scanned my account code... that many times no exaggeration and didn?t even know the amount I owed. She seemed all over the place and her nails wasVERYYYYY DIRTY. I?m not judgmental but I?m talking a inch of dirt under her nails handing me my drink which wasn?t even maderight after the trouble I went through. She seemed new and frantic. She was very filthy and hands looked unwashed. I threw thedrink away because ew and also it wasn?t even correct. I can?t believe they had somebody that dirty working window.
