Horrible attitudes when asking for your drink a certain way due to health issues. Then you double check and have a attitude... again. Even when you ask them to wash their hands. Drink wasn't made correctly but didn't want to ask to have remade since theemployees already had attitudes. Manager of this location pls talk to your employees to be nice to your customers Read more
My visit was amazing, the moment I stepped into this location I was greeted with a genuine smile by Mia who was at the counter... helping our another customer. She acknowledged me, and said I'd be next. That goes a long way, now days. As she proceeded tocall me up for me to place my order. She even complimented my sleeve Tattoo which was amazing. She took my order,, rang me upand sent me on my way with good vibes. Mia is definitely amazing at customer service and if I owned a Cafe, I'd definitely hireher and ask her to help me train my front office staff. That attitude will go a long way in any industry! Today we went to get our everyday coffee (iced shaken espresso) and I feel like they forgot to add the milk because it was so... strong like I?ve never had before ? I ordered 3 items. One of them being the Carmel Ribbon crunch. Literally it was filled with whipped cream in the middle. I?ve... been going to starbs almost everyday for the past 10+ years!
