The tables and chairs were dirty. The 1st bathroom was a disaster. Also you cannot tell if the bathroom doors are locked!! Nice... staff and the usual Starbuck drinks. Read more
Everytime we come here, the expresso shots taste off, as if calibration on machines are incorrect. And I also suspect the... machines have not been cleaned or the old beans have not been vacummed out from holder for quite sometime. I have had shots thathave been poured into my drink passed 10seconds if sitting there and was given dead expresso shots, with the inconvenience ofhaving to ask for a remake. Sometimes I don't have the time to go through that and just have to take what I was given. Read more

I went in the store a few months ago and had great customer service from an employee named Zamyra. Although i did see an... unfortunate event where a customer of the name Alejandra Love had caused a commotion with the employee. She was rude anddisrespectful and quite frankly shouldnt be let out in public ever again. Other than that disgusting excuse of a person thestarbucks and employees were great. Ps. Ms love u should learn to just let things go its really a bad look for you when u arguewith someone who is trying to help and is like 30 years younger than you. Read more

Every time I come here I order a cheddar egg and sausage sandwich. Almost 50% of the time (including right now) they are sold... out of the sandwiches. The person responsible for ordering should take note. I'm not coming back because of the incompetence. Read more
