Large Starbucks but with a rather cold (not cosy) atmosphere and horrible acoustics. The location is good since there are... several other restaurant chains close by, e. g. McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's, Jack in the Box. Read more
I asked and made sure to emphasize to the cashier that I would like if they could add a little whip cream to the bottom of my... drink, and the cashier told me that he would make sure it was done. When I received my drink there was no whip cream added tothe bottom. Either he was lying to get the order transacted or it was a difficult task to ask of them or they need to quitrushing orders. Either way I did not feel like waiting for someone to remake the drink. It?s not a huge deal but I?m baffledthat such and easy adjustment couldn?t be granted? Read more
Friendly and helpful staff from a relatively busy store. I visited multiple times and the store was always busy but never so... much that the staff was rude of not willing to help. And this has to be the most spacious Starbucks that I have ever visited.Plenty of room to spread out and have a coffee and conversation without feeling cramped. They make a great Flat White! This is the biggest Starbucks in Vegas the amount of space you have also there staff is by far the nicest .They made me feel... welcomed I so wish this store was on Tropicana and Decatur. Please go see Chelsea shes is so nice and friendly and genuine whichin Vegas is rare. Read more
We were moving in a U-Haul and we could't get coffee and breakfast here because it was still too early to open the lobby. They... wouldn't let us walk up to the drive thru and had bonother options to help. The uhaul and tow dolly obviously didn't fit! Weneeded somewhere easy to pull our truck off the road and eat, but this was a flop! Do not shop this location! They were justrude all around with the situation! Read more
