Employees were more interested in talking with each other than taking orders. Several people waiting in line just left.
I do like the convenience of a Starbucks inside of a smithsfoodanddrug, and the baristas are very very nice which is a nice... change of pace from the typical stand-alone store where the baristas are usually pretty aloof. Read more

FRUSTRATED!!!. today (Dec 10, 2017) at 11:22am. I ordered my usual, a steamed milk with eggnog. I had groceries melting so I... paid, got my steamed milk/eggnog and left. while driving I tasted it and it wasn't good. Not only did I pay almost double mynormal amount but I ended up with an eggnog Latte. I don't like coffee, didnt ask for coffee nor a latte. i even told her thisamount isnt what i normally pay something is wrong. I was very clear I wanted steamed milk with eggnog #frustrated so I threwaway 5.25 because it wasn't drinkable. #nothappy. the receipt says the name is adam. but it was a woman taking and filling theorder. Went to order a drink at Starbucks The lady told me they are closed. I asked what time do you close? She said at 5pm I said it... 4:45pm. If you close at 5:00pm, why can?t I order a drink.
