Ordered a hot raspberry white mocha, when we tasted they accidentally put some peppermint because obviously they thought it was... a white peppermint mocha at first. KY the barista told us we were wrong, peppermint is a strong taste. She argued with us andthen poured the drink in the sink aggressively. Rinsed out the same cup and said fine I?ll remake your drink with the same cup.We paid for an extra shot when we can clearly see her make the drink she didn?t add it and said she did with a rude attitude.This is sad it could?ve ended worse but this is very unprofessional. No one should have to start there day at 8 am on a Saturdaylike this. Before I ordered my drinks, one of the employees (Alex) was cleaning off the counter. While he was cleaning the counter, he... picked up the trash, moved it around a bit, then decided to pick it up, and flip it over. After touching the trash can on thetop, sides, and even the bottom, he DID NOT wash his hands afterwards. When I ordered my drinks, he touched the top of both cupswith his filthy hands. Ok.... the actual product, coffee, when made correctly, is good. But, these people are so cranked on caffeine that they're rate... of success is like 50/50. I like to get a triple espresso with cream.. Of the last 3 times I've been, I've gotten espresso withno cream and cream with no espresso, 1 was perfect. Read more
