Reviews for Starbucks in Las Vegas, NV
Felt like I was not welcomed or I was a bother to the early morning employee for just walking up and not knowing the cup sizes... and saying "just a regular cold brew light ice" and getting a cup full of ice with some coffee in it kinda ruined my experience Read more

Crowded as always but what do you expect this is not Dunkin? Donuts
The one thing I?ve come to love and appreciate about Starbucks Is the consistency you can expect. My caramel macchiato taste the... same in Las Vegas as it does in California. What Varies is service. When I pull up to the drive-through, there were 15 carsahead of me. Reluctantly I decided to stay in line because my tire didn?t exactly permit me to enter. Surprisingly, the line washandled by the machine that is Starbucks employees with relative ease. From the time I entered the line to the time I wassipping on coffee was about eight minutes. The only issue I seem to have was that their credit card reader was having issues andso it was a little frustrating having to run the car five times. I feel their training must be very good and have a strongemphasis on customer service. The attendant at the window was very patient, extremely friendly, and remained personable while wetalked and try to work out the issue with the credit card reader. In the end it was well worth the wait and the drinks reallydon?t need much describing because we all know the great product produced. Read more
I stopped and bought 2 protein boxes and a coffee, spent 18.00 only to throw the protein boxes away! The eggs were all mashed,... the apples were dark and soft and the grapes were destroyed... very disappointed!!! Read more

Love this starbucks location

I would haveassumed that they were just joking but the look on the new employee?s face was as if she?d been embarrassed and hurt. The othercustomers and I exchanged confused looks and awkwardly waited in line. I gave the new employee an easy order rather than myusual order for her sake. Read more
