Aaliyah & Dillion are so sweet and kind to me!! Every time I come in they always greet me with the kindest smile.

I expect the drinks to be made the way they supposed be for those high prices. So far, this location makes drinks with no flavor... and top off your cups with ice, so you get about 3 sips out of it. Need to train there employees better. Very disappointed. Read more

I don't come here very often but when I do I feel like my drinks are always made wrong, the customer service is great but either... its the wrong drink entirely or they'll make it hot instead of iced like I asked. Was told I had to pay for them to remake mydrink. Will not be coming here again. Read more

Service is good. Drink is a matcha green tea latte w only 1 small scoop of the matcha w coconut milk. Wish they would allow... seating inside. 2/5/22 seating is now allowed and they also opened the service area for pickup orders. First time here. New to neighborhood. Friendly staff. Very clean. Took one star off because they forgot my 6 pumps of classic.... But I know they would have fixed it if I had returned but had no time. I'll make sure to sip it before I walk out the door nexttime. Still my new Starbucks. Read more

I won't say that I disliked this particular location, but at the end of the day it's merely a Starbucks. They should hired... Speedy Gonzalez. By far the slowest ( I?m not kidding) Starbucks in Vegas has been present and yet they refuse to do anythingabout it. The gentleman who took my order was unfriendly and not very helpful. ?I?m trying to be nice? Then my drink was notdone correctly, so I nicely asked them to redo it, and they didn't even make me the same drink( my original drink cost more),which I didn't realize until we'd already gone.
