Staff was more interested in their stories than customers. My sandwich wasn't right and it didn't seem to matter
Barista couldn't even make an iced coffee. Twice I had to have her redo it because she kept putting too much cream in it. First... time it was all cream, 2nd time it was again too lite. Manager finally took over and made it right. Read more
Not really. I wasn't at Starbucks. Happened to be next door to where I was. Not a fan of Starbucks. Over rated and expensive.... Haven't been to one in 5 years. How do I know they are expensive? Ask people at work how much did you pay for your drink. Enoughsaid. Read more
WORST STARBUCKS EVER.The employee currently working refused to give me the extras of a 10 dollar drink instead they insisted on... doing my frappe in a trenta. I dont mind paying the difference but ita wrong to charge me for something i get everywhere else. Imust hate whipped cream as well I guess. Read more
She sat there doing inventory while 6 people were standing in line. This inventory MUST be more important than everyone stopping... to get their coffee before heading off to work. This was at 7:45 AM. Really? I guess you are right lady, you are Starbucks andthe rest of us can wait for hours until you get good and ready. I even give away Starbucks gift cards, boy am I stupid. The morning and afternoon team are absolutely terrific. It's always a pleasure ordering my coffee and snack ahead of time, it's... always ready on time. I don't know the skinny guy with the glasses name on the weekdays in the morning but he's super nice andalways greets me by my name when I pick up my morning coffee.
