Very friendly staff. Dalton was very patient helping me with my gift card issue and order. I even came back later to buy a... reusable cup and have lunch. I love the grilled cheese from Starbucks but this one was especially delicious. Yummy drinks too. Read more

This Starbucks location is actually in a Macys store. The facility is small with a few tables to sit at. The staff seems... friendly as they weren?t crowded when I was there. Read more

Went in for some syrup and ended up with more than I came in for. The staff was happy and helpful. Social distancing was clearly... laid out and protocols were being followed.. Great job guys see you again soon Read more

A couple of the employees are super sweet and kind, excellent customer service, everyone else should be fired and never allowed... to be in the service industry ever again, from the top down Starbucks is a mess and this is a small example of bad businesspractices, with better coffees out there for the same price or less I?m taking my hard earned dollars elsewhere. I been a Starbucks customer for a very very long time, I go to Starbucks almost everyday. Today at this specific location I was... treated really rude by one of the Baristas, I was having problems with app. The barista, yes the Barista not even the cashier,she comes and tells me really rude, I DONT NO THAT?s WHAT IS TELLING US RIGHT NOW. IT MUST BE YOUR PHONE! I DONT NO! Iunderstand your busy and your having a bad day, but remember at the end of the day is not the customer fault. Always rememberis not what you said, is how you say it! And by the way don?t treat people by the way they look. Read more

Slow service, truly awful, bitter espresso, and traditional Starbucks high prices. Definitely go elsewhere....
