Went in store and store was well staffed, with about 6 or 7 ladies behind the counter, and I wouldn't consider the lobby busy at... all, but drive thru was steady. It took roughly 25 minutes to receive my drink order. I ordered a Venti White Mocha, With Whipon 6/7/22. At around 8:49am. I also got diarrhea from the drink, that's the reason for the 1 star. Waited 20 minutes for a iced cold brew coffee. The team was working very hard as they were busy. I asked a manager who was... standing around talking if anyone can take my order. She apologized and placed my order. As I waited 20 minutes one of thepeople making drinks asked what I ordered as he noticed me standing for a while. I told him and he said they never put theorder up. He made it in 20 seconds. I appreciated his efforts. The whole time the manager just sat chatting it up with anotheremployee. Read more
You can't take coffee into an art museum. So this Starbucks decided to bring the art museum to the coffee. Every Starbucks has... unique art on one wall. This one has detailed pen-and-ink drawings of the original Pike Place marketplace where the firstStarbucks store opened. They are not Louvre quality, but they are certainly art gallery quality. It's interesting to get a tasteof the company's history in black and white. I loved the fact that this Starbucks offers FREE masks if you somehow walked inwithout one. A super nice touch. There's plenty of parking since this Starbucks is in a quiet corner of a major shopping center. The patio faces a crowded parking lot. But at least it's covered, sheltering patrons from the punishing Las Vegas heat. Beforethe pandemic, the store was always crowded. Locals love to gather there. That sometimes made for longer than usual wait timesfor your order. During the pandemic I was in and out. The store is right off the 215 so it's easily accessible. It's a greatplace to stop for a beverage after a shopping spree. I must admit I spent way too much at the specialty lighting store nearby onthe chandelier over my new dining room table.... Read more
I'm not a coffee drinker but I love a yummy treat. Miko was so helpful when I asked for a suggestion for something yummy with... holiday spirit and no coffee. Caramel brulee frappuccino and a Chocolate Chip Pepperment frappuccino for my sister. Thanks Miko Read more
