I'm sorry but I have to give this Starbucks a low score. It has absolutely nothing to do with service or staff. It has to do... with people getting ripped off when using the app to pay. Starbucks often has challenges where if you order specific items somany times you have the chance to get bonus points. We're not talking about tiny points here we're talking 40 to 100 points! Ifyou come to this Starbucks you will not earn those points. Why? Because Everytime you make a in person and scan with app to payit goes through as a general purchase. Therefore you will not get credit for your specific purchase required to earn those bonuspoints. I am a regular Starbucks customer so this is a big deal to me. Read more

The most under train Starbucks staff ever all attitude no brain. Imagine how hard it must be to ring up an ice espresso coffee... under the cold menu? It obviously would take a rocket scientist here. were there twice they can?t figure it out. Read more

This was one of the worst experiences I've had in a while with Starbucks. The only positive was a cashier she was friendly... attentive. with no one in line in front of me or waiting for a drink, it took me 10 minutes to get my tall Guava White Tealemonade. Added note that the drive through had one car only and inside they only had one person making drinks for both sides, while there were 2 other people working on the floor. There was no communication between the staff on what was being made. Again10 minutes for a simple drink is totally unheard of. Very disappointed in this location. Read more

Don't go to Starbucks any more. When they ask Police officer to leave, I go with them. I just wish I didn't have so many gift... cards. I give them away for people that do small favors for us but I will not be buying them any more either. Read more

It's a small-scale Starbucks, kind of like what you see in Target with a few exceptions: five cozy chairs with a lot of other... tables and the option to get warm, fresh food from Smith's. Also, there's wall outlets available for public use here. There'salso that community vibe as well. Residents tend to hang out here after a long day of grocery shopping. Only catch is that themenu is limited per store's definition. I'm not sure what the limit is, though. Read more

I was in there a few minutes ago because I am a vendor in Smith's. And I just got a Starbucks gift card, and really wanted... Starbucks. So I got to the front and the young lady, I didn't get her name was very rude to me. I had asked her to see if theyhave the horchata frappuccino because I had gotten it before from other Starbucks. And the girl told me that it was part of thesecret menu but if I knew the ingredients she could make it for me. But i had told her that I had gotten it before and before Icould finish what I was going to say she completely cut me off and in a rude way told me well if you know the ingredients Icould make it for you. Then I told her well, is each Starbucks menu different? And she said yeah. Then I told her that's all shehad to say, and she didn't have to give me attitude. So I was going to look up the ingredients for the frappuccino, but thoughtabout it and told her I was going to go to another Starbucks, and she said sounds good to me. Wow!!! Customer service at itsbest. There's the picture of the horchata frappuccino that I wanted right on their website, not on a secret menu. Read more

This place sucks. I have never been to a Starbucks THIS SLOW. They move at the pace of sloths and don't even get your order... right. Speed of service doesn't exist in their vocabulary. Read more
