The person made the drink way less than it should be. Then tried to hide it by filling it up with whip cream.
As a Barista myself I believe you should always treat your customers well. There?s no reason to be so disrespectful. People... coming into to get coffee, that?s the start of their day and you would want to great with a smile. Making coffee is a lovelyjob, smile more and don?t take is so harsh when a customer asks for something especially when they?re paying for it. I always stop here when grocery shopping. The team members are friendly and get my orders right every time. Love to them.
Long Wait, they even charge you for glass of water...Prices higher than Stand alone Starbucks. I gather because Vons Market owns... the Starbucks...Never will go back.... Read more
Really friendly and courteous baristas and they know their customers. I have been in line countless times where I've heard them... ask the customer if they are having the usual. Its reason enough to keep coming back. I only wish that they had hot foodavailable again. Read more
Love this little location inside Vons. They are friendly and quick. The only downside is you can not order ahead using the app... at this location. They do accept the stars though so that's good. Read more
I enjoy this location. You HAVE to go inside the Vons but most of the baristas here are awesome people. I recommend.
