This is my usual Starbucks I go to every morning and for some reason this morning not only did I wait in the drive-through about... four times longer than I usually do I got excited to get a hot peppermint mocha and when I finally got it and drove away andwent to take my first sip it was cold completely cold. Not a very welcoming atmosphere. And the girl that took my order just didn't seem very friendly or personable. The cranberry... bliss bar or whatever it's called was amazing (I ended up going back for a second), but their food mostly comes pre-packagedanyways. Barista didn't heat it up or even ask if I wanted it heated up but whatever it was still good. So high five for whoevermakes the Starbucks pastries LOL. And I also ordered a salted praline latte? I think that's what it was called. It was super hotand they gave me no sleeve for it and I didn't see any available and everyone was too busy to help me get one. Read more
Never fails? this locations is either out of everything or messes up my order. My order is the simplest they probably got all... day. Maybe a little training and ordering in advance could help. They don?t have a problem charging 80 cents for this and 80cents for that! Read more
I entered the store and was ignored by all baristas. The young person mopping the floor had to stop and take my order. I... asked for a pour over decaf and said I was willing to wait. I waited ten minutes and young man brought a standard decaf. Isaid that must be someone else's and he said no vente decaf. I asked for my pour over and he went and started it. I justwalked out. I paid for it,but didn't want to argue about it. Don't waste your time on this store. Go to Dutch Brothers. They will treat you like a valued customer. Read more

It's a typical Starbucks. Always to busy to be personal with anyone. They all seem like desensitized robots.
