Located in the... crook of the ? airport flyover on the 215, this Starbucks sits across the parking lot from a popular and busy office building.Pre-pandemic, it was a bustling place with office workers and locals getting a cuppa mixing with tourists on their way (usuallyhome). It has a buzzy vibe. ???? The shop makes good use of the L-shaped space. There are cozy nooks for tete-a-tetes and longtables for public intermixing. A entire wall of windows allows natural light to shine in. It has great wall art. There are twowonderful photos of the coffee plantations that start this process. ???? I love the one showing the carefully cultivated rows ofcoffee plants. I've been to a coffee plantation in Costa Rica and it looks just like that. Glorious! Parking ???? could havebeen a problem since so many work in the office buildings. The real estate management company thoughtfully reserved parkingspaces for the retail customers along Warm Springs Road. This Starbucks has TWO outdoor patios; they wrap around the store.Perfect during this pandemic. There's mature, lush desert landscaping (not an oxymoron) surrounding the office building side ofthe patio, so you almost feel like your sipping your coffee at its point of original. ???? My experience was dissapointing. I ordered two different special Christmas holiday drinks, recieved the same drink, different... sizes. No problem there, didnt feel like going back to counter and complaining. Once my fiancee and I went to our car, she saidhers tasted bitter. Mine tasted awesome, same drink. I lifted up her lid, hers had no topping, and from the way it tasted, shedidnt even recieve any sweetener in hers. Basically it tasted like a bitter, plain, regular gas station coffee, that cost over 4dollars. Same drink, different result. Clearly a mistake. Please pay more attention to orders. Thank you. They forgot to add whipped cream on my coffee 3 rd times and 1 time green matcha need add whipped cream. I am disappointed how... they work, since before covid they did great job I pick up myself .but Uber eat at first was good later they are not get good orimproved at all. I did call manager several times in last 2 months, last month and now today again.
