I don't like to be rushed when making an order so make sure you know what you want when you get to the counter.
Check your order before you leave. I ordered a frappachino, they gave it to me as a hot drink, they gave me a new drink when I... informed them of the mistake, but it was virtually tasteless. It didn't taste like anything but watery iced milk, no flavor inanything but the whipped cream up top. Read more
A Starbucks that is truly worthy of a visit! Clean, welcoming, and not filled with pretentious fakes. Almost perfect, with the... exception of having power outlets throughout-- a surprise since this is a new building. Hopefully, that can be remedied soon. Read more

Customer service is good, but drinks are not consistent. Ordered 2 caramel brûlée lattes and they both tasted terrible,... nothing like what they were supposed to. And, it?s not the first time at this location. Will not return. Response to owner: Thanks for your response, but Please keep in mind that it?s not always as easy as asking for the drink to be remade. I hadalready made it home by the time I and my daughter sipped the coffee. Also, if you?re going through the drive thru, that can bechallenging as well. I?ve lost time, money and gas. Read more
