Reviews for Starbucks in Las Vegas, NV
Starbucks is a great treat. Lobbies could be bigger. I tend to go when it's busy. Enjoy staying a while when it's slow.
The service at this Starbucks is the worst in Las Vegas! I have received poor service as well as Luke warm coffee. This place is... never open on Friday as well as I have waited over 15 minutes for coffee. I will not be back. I love Starbucks but will not goback to this one !!! Read more
My "hot" coffee AND my mocha were both barely warm. Very odd since they are 2 completely different processes. Was dirty, no... cream or sugars etc were out at all. A man with a full sized computer was parked at a table... I'll bring my desktop nexttime!!! Perhaps the early morning rush hour is too much for this team. The manager never jumped to to open register 2 or assistin any way. Starbucks has really dropped in wuslity over the years. To bad. Read more
Sara is awesome. She took my order with a genuine smile. Than When my first chai latte didnt taste right, and I came back into... the store, she made the replacement chai herself and nailed it!!! That is real customer service!!! Thank you Sara for caring. Read more
Went this morning past 6 am to have coffee and sandwich. We waited for a while and we understand they?re tending the drive thru... first that they don?t pay attention that much to the ones already inside for dine in. We ordered already and paid and we waitedagain but suddenly she said the sandwich on display that we ordered is not available. Why would they let you pay first and tellyou after that it?s not available and it?s on display. If it?s not available, they should not display it anymore. Very poorservice, these staff needs addition training to deal with better customer service???? Read more
This review is solely due to the manager of this Starbucks and his team. This particular Starbucks for me has the best service... I have ever gotten. By the way I am a pain since I want a pour over each time I order and each time this Starbucks teaches mehow to be a better human and treat each person well Read more
In all my travels throughout the US (as an athlete's parent, trust me there have been many)...I've never posted a review for... Starbucks...the service was great but... here it goes.. it is never acceptable to decrease the amount someone is paying for, particularly in Starbucks! It doesn't matter how busy it may be, just look at my pictures. I paid for a Grande and got aTall...not much else to say Read more
I don?t usually support companies that exploit the local population by selling them a highly addictive drug. In this case being... caffeine but one can appreciate how effective they are at doing it. I?m not one to order the overly sweet drinks that gives uscavities, or that spike our insulin levels to ungodly amount, which people can argue can lead to diabetes. No, I?m more of ablack coffee with cream. I wasn?t recently introduced to espressos over ice with a splash of milk. As I sit there, contemplating how much money and time I spend here over the last month and how I could of boughten my own espresso machine bynow always gets to me. Then as I get closer to the front of the line I see people sticking their phones out their windowsbecause they have the app, these are the true addicts that I swore not to become. However my conservative background cringes asthe thought of all the prior missed points overwhelms me. It?s my turn to pay, I pay cash for I?m too embarrassed for Starbucksto show up in my bank statements. I tell myself this is the last time? My drink looks delicious, I take a sip and get remindedhow much in trouble I am because I will probably be back tomorrow. Read more
