Very uneven experience at the small location directly in from the Fremont St. Experience (another location is here too but... closes earlier). The baristas were very personable but I'm not sure how well they know Starbucks official recipes. The seatingarea here outside is marked smoke and vape free though your mileage may vary. I'm not sure what is up with the person thatcouldn't use a birthday reward, I paid with my Starbucks card... Which is kind of unusual in places like casinos or airports. Read more
I normally dont give this bad of a rating but heres why. Its the only coffee shop in the golden nugget hotel. I stood in line... for over 45 min. There was only 3 people working and none of them seem to be going faster than a turtle. Then when my ordercame up they didnt even call my name just set it up there. This was awful lol. Asked for iced mocha coffee with extra mocha and extra cream. They didn?t bother with cream and my bfs... coffee was made wrong. He ordered the iced apple yum and they made him iced caramel macchiato. But the black ladies were gettingmad with all the complaints so I didn?t bother. Read more
NO SENSE OF URGENCY! Its painful watching 4 people behind the counter NOT making your drink. Be prepared to wait an hour + for... an already overpriced coffee with a side of attitude. Do better. WAY better. Read more
Very friendly staff, and also grossly understaffed. Waited in line for over 30 minutes for an iced coffee. Strongly suggest... heading east down Fremont Street to independent coffee shops Mothership or PublicUs for a quality local experience that doesn'teat up a lot of time. Read more
Manager just came out after several irate customers being treated so rudely by staff. Argued in front of everyone and staff up... front said they were all irritated because they were called in early. The manager said it was unacceptable and they rolled theireyes and continued being rude to customers. Wow. Low class staff in Vegas this would never happen in Texas Read more
Starbucks sent me an email with special birthday offer on my birthday stating that i will get a free coffee beverage of my... choice since it?s my birthday .. so i got excited and decided to go to Starbucks and redeem my free coffee birthday offer ?onceI?ve approached the person on the register i mentioned that i would like to use my birthday offer on my Starbucks app on myphone, the clerk on the register said that i can?t pay with my Starbucks app on my phone and i can only pay with credit/debit orcash? on top of that the clerk on the register said that they will not accept any type of offers at this location.. to be clearthis is Starbucks @ the Golden Nugget Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.. that was such a waist of my time on my birthday and justruined my happy mood? that was not the level of customer care and service i was expecting from Starbucks..Thank you for makingmy birthday extra special Starbucks? This location is in Golden Nugget and has seating out on Freemont Street. There is some seating inside as well.
