Stopped by for a Green tea and a coffee.
I ordered a salted caramel cold brew and asked for 6 pumps of the sweetener, She tried to give me 6 shots of expresso? then... argued with me about the sandwich I was looking right at on the counter. When I finally got my ?turkey bacon egg white sandwich?(which isn?t even what I wanted), after waiting 10 minutes and watching 2 arguments with other customers and the employees thatdidn?t speak English well enough to know what was going on there was nothing but egg in it. They put together my drink really nice they did a good job overall I'll come back for sure.
Not really a fan of their coffee and it is way too expensive. Tim Horton's is much better. The atmosphere was nice but waited in... line over ten minutes. Not enough staff working. One female was cooking and taking orders while the other female made severaltrips to the back getting ice. Six people in line and she had tunnel vision. Read more
I enjoyed the wraps that they offer here and they do have a selection of beverages just keep in mind that the beverages are... outrageously priced as are the other items they're selling. The sandwiches were all moderate prices from $8 to $10. The employeethat I interacted with was not very kind as she was very short with me and came across to me as rude for no reason. I found hair in their sandwiches and they got mad at me because I asked for fresh sandwiches, can you believe... that??? Apparently the standards are different in Seattle vs Vegas. In Seattle, if you don?t find your food up to standard,Starbucks would give you a fresh replacement at no charge. In Vegas, I found hair in my food and not only they didn?t give me afree replacement, but also when I asked for a cup of water, they charged me for it! Shame on you Starbucks! Read more
