Ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold brew coffee, got a really terrible tasting iced coffee. Definitely not vanilla, or sweet, and... can tell it wasn't cold brew from the stomach ache I got halfway through the bitter, awful tasting coffee. Read more
More expensive than your average Starbucks because it is located in the Convention Center but my drink was done properly and the... service was quick and courteous. If you are attending a conference or convention, it's hard to beat the convenience. Read more
Fast service, really busy at any strip Location. Prices are higher than I'm used to at my home store, but that's expected so I'm... not upset about it. Baristas were professional, but not overly cheery. Which I personally prefer out of most people. Read more
This is perhaps one of the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. Yes, it is VERY busy especially when there is a convention or... two or three going on, but even with two sets of registers to take people's orders, it took forever to get to the front of theline, and then another long wait to wait for the drinks to be made. Also, I was very annoyed that they wouldn't let me use myreusable mug. It was such as waste of cups to make my drink in their plastic cups, which I threw away immediately after pouringthe drink into my reusable mug. Shouldn't they be more sustainable-minded in this day and age, especially when every otherStarbucks will gladly let you use your own reusable cup and they even usually encourage it by giving your a little bit of adiscount. What a waste. On top of that, everything is marked up and overpriced, probably because it's inside the conventioncenter. They charged me extra for the soy milk that's supposed to be included in a regular iced coffee with milk, on top of theoverall higher prices. I ended up paying almost $9 for an iced coffee and a fruit cup. Ridiculous. Read more
