Bless their hearts, they try, but this place struggles. Oftentimes the order ahead is turned off because it?s so busy here. No... surprise because it?s in the hotel. Witnessed a few wrong orders while waiting for my own, but mine was good to go. While theyhave Nitro cold brew handles, they didn?t have any in stock the entire time we stayed. Their good inventory is lacking severely.When it gets really busy, they stop warming sandwiches all together. Would?ve went to the one across the street but it?s drivethrough only. Sad. Read more

The staff was very nice and friendly and worked fast on my order. Coffee and Food was good. But it's expensive.

I give it 5 stars, because it has been the best Starbucks experience I have experienced. The food and drinks are perfect and... worth the wait. The customer service isn't bad, and it can be expected especially with the enormous amount of customers andorders. They do work with you accordingly to make sure that you get anything missing from your order as a team. Read more

Manager Niki Mike is so nasty, rude and unprofessional. Avoid if you don?t want to drink coffee immediately!
