DO NOT EVER COME HERE IF YOU WANT TO WAIT IN A LONG LINE!!!! Always low staffed, poor customer service and the store manager is... so rude. I believe her name is Alecia and when I asked her why where was only one barista working making the drinks by herselfand the others were just going to the back, she just told its because they are low staffed. Stuck in the worst hotel on the strip, this little gem brightened my day. The hotel doesn't have a single coffee pot for their... guests. I'm probably not the first person who showed up mean and grouchy. I ordered then decided to cancel half my order. Itwas the crack of dawn and there was no manager available to give me my refund. I yelled and then cried. They figured it outpretty quick. They were cordial and understanding the whole time. They agreed that there should be coffee pots in the rooms. Igot my refund receipt and walked away crying. When I got back to my room I realized they even refunded the one coffee I didpurchase. That was so nice of them! The best memory of this horrific place came from this Starbucks. And of course, the coffeewas great! Thanks for the love! Read more
They forgot my breakfast sandwich twice. Lol They're so good at being right they hate to be wrong. I waited so long for my... sandwich that I drank all of my coffee although, they re-filled it for free! They could loosen up a little bit...maybe the ownershould should give them free massages lol Read more
I only liked this Starbucks because of the convience of it being in my hotel but staff is very very rude and posses extreme... attitude. I?m not saying you need to be extra friendly, but these people were literally rolling their eyes at some us. Also beprepared to pay twice the amount. I got a grande iced coffee (nothing special) and a bagel and it was 11 dollars. ????. Thatorder should have costed a little under 5 dollars. Read more
Long, long lines at this Starbucks, but we finally were able to catch it with only a few people ahead of us late in the... afternoon as we moved from the resort pool back toward the casino floor. Ariel rang up my bf for his Quad Venti Mocha, then lethim know the price for each additional shot (that's usually a two-shot drink). He decided to turn down the extra two shots andwe both totally appreciated her letting us know, since all the drink prices in the casino are slightly higher, and the extrashot price was significantly higher than at home. The worst coffee experience I've ever had and I'm old. Took my money and didn't make my drink when others who ordered after me... were being served i asked and was told my drink had been made. I guess i am a liar. Finally got my coffee 45 mins later. U willneed patience. Read more
