I?ve travelled to over 70 countries on this planet and this has been the only place on Earth I?ve known that charges for tap... water - the most basic need in humanity. When I challenged the cashier she said ?well this is Vegas?. Which is a daft point astwo other Starbucks within a mile were generous enough to supply a cup of water which I needed to take a tablet. Ordered a Grande drink, she only charged for Tall. Then I get a short drink and the batista says you only paid for a tall- said... I wanted Grande. She says, I'll remake it... comes back with a Tall (what I paid for). Lousy customer service. Pretends theshort is a tall. Then fakes making a larger drink but gives me what I actually paid for, no apologies. Apparently not in hervocabulary. Sorry not sorry. Read more

Tricky how they want to make more extra money ???? all the collectibles cups PRICE LABELS WERE REMOVED!!! When they scan it was... $17.99 + tax when the original price should be $12.00 dlls. I collected them from all states! so I know!!! Now, are there staffmembers keep the money ???? difference or the corporation, franchise? do they know!!!
