I asked for a venti Starbucks and the guy charged me for a tall. When I received it I let them know I asked for a venti and I... was willing to pay for the deferential. They were nice about it and I didn?t pay for the venti but when I received it all ittaste was milk. So disgusting. I?d rather pay the deferential and get a good coffee than pay nothing and get a tasteless coffee.Really disappointed and a waste of my money. Never going to a Starbucks again. Read more
Get there early, usually packed and very slow.
Weren't doing order a head. 1 hour wait They messed up the labels on about 20 different orders so they lost the ability to call... out names. Worst run Starbucks I have ever seen. Keep walking until you find another. Read more
Good Starbucks location. Drinks were normal of what you expect from Starbucks. Be prepared to wait in a line of course, but... happy to have some espresso in the morning staying at the hotel. Read more
Staff was friendly and quick, but made my order wrong, TWICE, and the worst was discovering the milk was sour! Had to get a... refund and go to another location. Either they aren't cleaning like they should, or they are using spoiled products. Read more
I went here for a we quick teas drink on my way to the strip
I use Starbucks IPhone app to order online and it is pretty convenient. Most of the time there is huge waiting line. Ordering... online is easy and fast. Unfortunately there is no seating. In Strip, I haven?t seen any Starbucks with seating. Read more
12/8/22 Looks like this particular location has been closed down. Another Starbucks a few steps away has opened... up. 12/10/21 This morning I came here at 6:15 a.m. still a long line already. Even though they open at 6:00 a.m. Not sure whythey cannot enable mobile ordering at least for folks who just want to quickly order some coffee. 12/9/21 These guys are reallyoverwhelmed. The line this morning (7:30 am) took 30 minutes to get a cup of black coffee and cost almost $5. It just makessense to have a separate line for people who just want a cup of regular coffee but then again, Starbucks specializes in fancyconcoctions and that's what they want you to buy which takes time to make. As big and amazing as these hotels like MGM Grandare, their decision to not provide a simple coffee machine in the room is very very disappointing. It's been like this for atleast a couple of decades that I can remember that there has not been a coffee machine in their rooms so I don't see thatchanging obviously. if someone could somehow find a solution for a portable coffee machine rental to be used in properties likethese, I think that service would really take off.
