Received a vague response from owner/management but with no real point so I visited again this morning only to see a fly and... another small flying bug on the danishes. I know it?s difficult to keep these cabinets without bugs but this place doesn?t seemto care about this problem. I would not eat the food or pastries here at all you may be eating fly eggs or larvae from thesebugs ON the pastries. Gave this place Normally Starbucks is Starbucks but this location is not as accommodating. In line wenoticed a couple flies in the danish cabinet so I told the girl taking orders and her response was inappropriate for Starbucksquality, she said ?well there?s nothing we can do about flies in the cabinet? I was shocked at her response of her don?t give adam attitude. Let?s face it we live with flies and bugs but why would you leave them on the danishes and not even put an effortto TRY to control or limit ' exposure of bugs in our food. I DO NOT RECOMMEND eating at this location. This girl should not beworking at a food or drink place. Hope management contacts me for more info on this. Read more
Worst Starbucks experience!!! After waiting 15 minutes in line, when it was my turn, the staff at the counter told me to wait... for the other counter and started taking the order of the customer behind me. When I complained she yelled me either to wait forthe other counter or go find another Starbucks. Later when I was picking my order she came again and started shouting to meabout preventing her to receive a tip. She was very rude. Read more
This may be the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. 45 minutes to get some egg bites and a breakfast sandwich. 8 staff members... on the floor but noone really worked at a consistent pace. They were slow and disorganized. Horrible. Read more
Price Gougers - Stay away from this store (Starbucks in Hilton Grand Vacations Club Elara)! I was planning on using rewards for... part of my breakfast, and so wasn't paying attention to menu prices. After ordering I learned they aren't a true Starbucksfranchise (don't accept rewards), and so paid the bill. I was floored by the prices ... $6.15 for a tall Americano +$1.25 for anextra shot. Bought the same drink yesterday at the Starbucks in Aria (on LV strip) for ~$2 less. Prices in LV are already crazy(same drink at my normal Starbucks in WA is $3.75 - $3.45 for the Americano + $0.30 for the extra shot), so it's particularlypainful when getting gouged on the already high prices. 30 minute line, two registers and neither worked so they request cash only. Placed my order and they couldn?t break down the... cash to give change. Unacceptable to request cash only and then not have change. 30 minutes of my life that I will never getback. Very poor Starbucks experience. Read more
Staff was fast, efficient and polite. Venue was clean. Line was short at 6:30am. Small cappuccinos were only 3/4 full if that... making up the rest in foam. I know foam is a part of a cap but com?on! Not that much! Sausage egg and cheddar muffin wastasteless but hot. Not really worth the price. Read more
This Starbucks is hidden from all the noise in the mall, and their staff are very friendly. Enjoyed a relaxing time here.
Been waiting for 30min for a drink while there is 5 people working and only one person is making drinks and the others are... stocking and the guy making coffee also stops to stock. Could be way better ran. Read more
