Needs management. There were 5 workers aimless wandering about while orders bottle neck at the register. Apparently everyone... leaves similar reviews: poor service / mismanagement. Everything here is twice the price at a normal Starbucks. I would thinkyou can find talented baristas at those prices. Waited 20 min to order. After ordering we watched an employee from another partof the hotel skip the line to place a 4 drink order. Read more

Yes long lines . They have an ex model batista but the mixes are weak. Friendly smile better than the drinks.

The people working there doesn?t know what they?re doing and they have attitude. The female cashier apparently was in a hurry... and left us like dumbfounded in her desk without instructions and just shouted, not talking directly to us that the other guywill take over. The other guy on the other hand went to another register was more terrible, he saw us in line and did not evenask who is next in line. I had to ask that rude girl who is in a hurry ?excuse me, so are you going to take my order?? sherudely responded, he is going to take your order. There is no communication. Rude people. So unprofessional. The barista alsodidn?t serve us right away and prepared another customer drink?The people working there doesn?t know what they?re doing and theyhave attitude. Horrible customer service. The line was very long the lady taking orders was talking to the customer for 10 minutes not looking... at how long the line was. When I told her that she should pay attention to the length of the line. Another employee by thename of Allen told the lady not to serve me. I feel very discriminated against. The lady who took our order was rude. My husband was taking a moment to decide what size he wanted and I made a joke saying ?oh... he?s still sleepy he hasn?t had his coffee yet?. She proceeded to make us the wrong drink and when he corrected her she rudelysaid ?well you were still sleepy, you told me a different thing?. Super unprofessional and uncalled for. Read more
